About Us

17 Ton National Boom TruckA-Quick Pick Crane Service was originally founded in January of 1984 with one 17 ton mounted boom truck.  The concept was to fill the need of a fast moving and fast set up crane for the small contractor who only needed a few hours of crane rental.  Our philosophy has always been to be available at a moment's notice, do the best job possible, be safe, and charge a fair price.

Today, that philosophy still holds true.  As the needs of our customers grew, the need for A-Quick Pick Crane Service to evolve and expand became evident. Today our fleet of 35 state-of-the-art cranes range from 17 ton to 400 ton with a tip height of 460 feet.  Our cranes have diversified from boom trucks to include hydraulic trucks, rough terrain, tower, all-terrain, and crawler cranes.  We can still be reached 24 hours a day and will do our best to be there in a moment's notice.

As part of our commitment to evolve and expand to better service the needs of our customers, we have established a rigging and industrial relocation division.  This group of specially trained individuals has the know-how and equipment necessary to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for challenging projects.  For your convenience, we also offer hauling and both outdoor and indoor storage.

Heavy Hauling and TruckingWe serve over 1000 customers annually, from small homeowners to multimillion dollar international contractors.  Our goal is to be your single source solution for all your crane and rigging service needs.  If we don't have the equipment necessary to complete the given task, we can provide solutions beyond our capabilities.

We provide cranes with operator and rigging service to Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York, all of Rhode Island, and most of Massachusetts. Or:  We can deliver a bare rental crane anywhere on the east coast.

We are extremely grateful to our loyal customers over the years who have contributed to our growth.
