MRI Hoist at Danbury Hospital, Danbury, CT

A Quick Pick Crane hoisted a new MRI machine into place at Danbury Hospital (Nuvance Health) in Danbury, CT over a weekend. Medical imaging equipment is sensitive and expensive, so an MRI install calls for a controlled, carefully planned lift.

We ran our Liebherr LTM 1350 with a 5250 assist crane to set the 15,000 lb unit into the hospital. Scheduling the work for the weekend kept the lift clear of normal hospital traffic and operations.

We provide crane and rigging for hospitals and medical facilities throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding area.
