Emergency Response to a Collapsed Canopy, Wilton, CT

A Quick Pick Crane responded to an emergency call in Wilton, CT after heavy rain and wind brought down a gas station canopy that had corroded at its steel columns. Thankfully no one was at the pumps when it failed. Emergency response means mobilizing quickly and sizing up an unstable structure before anything moves.

Our crew safely craned and rigged the collapsed canopy using a 110-ton and a 60-ton crane, stabilizing and removing the steel so the site could be secured and cleared.
