Ballast Car Roll-On / Roll-Off, No Crane Needed
Not every move needs a crane. A Quick Pick Crane handled a 55,000 lb ballast car for the Gray Granite Railroad at Cavanna's Farm using a Landoll trailer to roll the car on and off. A roll-on / roll-off approach keeps a heavy, awkward load like a rail car simple and controlled, without the rigging a crane pick would require.
